01

Choose your request

You can request deletion of your Wamigos account, an authorized workspace, a connected-service dataset, or specific personal information. Removing an individual team account is not the same as deleting a business’s entire workspace.

If you are a customer of a business using Wamigos, contact that business first. It controls its customer records. If you need help identifying it, contact us with the business name and the nature of your request.

02

Send your request

Email [email protected] with the subject Wamigos data deletion request. Where possible, send it from your registered account email.

  • Identify the account email and business or workspace name.
  • Specify what should be deleted: your account, an authorized workspace, a connection or specific data.
  • If relevant, identify the connected provider and dataset without sending credentials.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, API keys, access tokens or payment information. Do not attach a complete customer database to a deletion request.

03

Identity and authority checks

We will verify your identity and your authority over the affected information. Deleting a shared business workspace may require confirmation from its owner. If a request concerns another business’s customer data, we may route it to that business for instructions.

We will explain the scope and relevant consequences before an irreversible workspace deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request or securely provide additional information where necessary.

04

What happens next

After verification, we identify the affected records, stop the relevant future processing and delete or de-identify active data as appropriate. Where applicable, we disconnect integrations and revoke credentials under our control.

We confirm the outcome or explain a lawful exception. Some billing, security or legal records may need to be retained; backup copies expire through the applicable backup process rather than an immediate overwrite. Requests are handled within the timeframes required by applicable law. We will keep you informed of necessary verification or any legally permitted extension.

05

Disconnecting a provider

You can also remove app access in the connected provider’s account settings. For Google, use Google Account connections. For Meta, review the business integrations and permissions for the account that authorized Wamigos. Store app access can be removed in the relevant store administration settings.

Revoking access prevents future provider access. It does not automatically erase historical data already held by Wamigos or by another provider. Include any historical data you want removed in your deletion request. Data held by Meta, Google, a store or another business is subject to that party’s own process.
