A digital service
Wamigos is an online software service. There is no physical product or shipping delivery for the platform subscription or usage credits.
Access is delivered electronically through an authorized account and workspace. Product emails or written onboarding instructions may be used to confirm the next step.
Controlled onboarding
The platform is currently onboarded with assistance. This website does not activate a paid plan or grant paid credits automatically.
Before activation, we may need to verify the authorized business contact, workspace, selected plan, payment status and required provider setup. Your written order will state the target activation timing; no universal activation SLA is published until approved by the company.
Provider-dependent features
WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, AI, calling and other connected features depend on the customer’s provider account, permissions, eligibility, review and availability. Wamigos can prepare or connect the platform but cannot guarantee approval by another provider.
Meta billing setup and direct Meta charges remain the customer’s responsibility. Provider review time is not the same as Wamigos platform activation time.
Activation confirmation
Activation is complete only when we confirm that the ordered Wamigos access or entitlement is available to the authorized workspace. A quotation, payment instruction or promotional demonstration is not an activation confirmation.
Report an activation problem to [email protected] with the workspace name and invoice or order reference. Never send account passwords, OTPs, API keys or provider access tokens by email.
